Because of the generous support of Dr. Satya Mitra we were able to offer 6 self-defense classes to members of the Worcester Senior Center. Research has demonstrated that there are physiological benefits that result when different generations learn together. In this case, Stephen and Helena assisted with the teaching of the classes.
